Girls: Growing and Changing with a Grown Up

This empowering class is designed for girls embarking on their journey through puberty. Through open discussions, activities, and supportive guidance, we’ll explore the changes happening in your body and mind, equipping you with knowledge, skills, and a network of peers to embrace this transformative time with confidence and positivity.

We encourage the young woman to attend the course with an adult support person of their choosing. Discussion in this class focus on puberty, self-esteem, skin care, and communication during these challenging years.

CPR for Students (ages 12+)

A special summer session of Friends and Family CPR is being offered for teens on this day.   This is an excellent companion course for former Safe Sitter students.  Join other middle and high school students in learning Friends and Family CPR.
