Childbirth Preparation

Welcome to our comprehensive Childbirth Preparation Class, a two-part program designed to empower and guide expectant parents through the transformative journey of pregnancy, labor, and delivery.  From the early signs of labor to the moment you hold your newborn, this workshop provides practical guidance on coping strategies, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. You’ll also learn about medical interventions, potential complications, and the importance of effective communication with your healthcare team. This class will help you and your support person build confidence in navigating the challenges of labor and delivery.

Enrollment Details:

Each enrollment includes admission for you and one chosen support person, recognizing the significance of a strong support network during childbirth.
Classes are facilitated by our certified childbirth educator.

This is a two part class.  Please plan on attending both sessions.

By enrolling in our Childbirth Preparation Class, you are taking a proactive step towards a positive and informed birthing experience. Together, we aim to empower you and your support person with knowledge, confidence, and a sense of readiness for the incredible journey of bringing new life into the world.

Baby Basics (In Person)

Because class size is limited, complete an RSVP for each person planning on attending.

Introduction to Breastfeeding (A Virtual Class)

This class is hosted live by a childbirth educator.

Registration is free and includes 2 people joining from the same device.
Zoom meeting information will be emailed to registrants approximately 1 day prior to the class. You may need to check your spam folder. Contact [email protected] if the Zoom link does not arrive.

Virtual Class Suggestions:

Labor & Delivery 1-2-3 (A Virtual Class)

Join us for an engaging Zoom class as we delve into the fundamentals of labor and delivery.

In this interactive session, our experienced childbirth instructor will guide you through the essential aspects of childbirth, covering topics from the stages of labor to the role of medical professionals during delivery. Whether you’re an expectant parent or a supportive partner this class is tailored for you.

To make the most of our time together, we encourage you to prepare questions in advance and leave your cameras on when possible.

Baby Basics with a Pediatrician

Join us for a 1 hour Baby Basics class hosted by an experienced pediatrician.   Learn essential skills and tips for caring for your newborn.
