Baby Steps is meets twice monthly via Zoom.   Each group is facilitated by a mental health nurse and a nurse from the Family Birth Center.  Baby Steps is for any parent or expectant parent experiencing (or wanting to learn more about) signs or symptoms of perinatal mood disorders including anxiety and depression.   Please join us for support and education.   Registration is not required but allows us to add you to our mailing list.  Please e-mail [email protected] for more information.

Baby Basics (A Virtual Class)

Learn the basics of taking care of your new baby.   From swaddling to bathing to what to expect those first few weeks, Baby Basics will cover it all.   You’ll have the opportunity to ask your instructor questions and see live demonstrations in this class.

This class is hosted live by a childbirth educator.

Registration is free and includes 2 people joining from the same device.
