From Bump to Baby: Pelvic Floor Health Essentials for New and Expectant Parents (A Virtual Class via Zoom)
Join our Pelvic Floor Health Class, led by Jessica Hammond, OTR/L, an experienced occupational and pelvic floor therapist. Gain practical knowledge to promote comfort, strength, and well-being to empower you during the prenatal and postpartum period.
Who should attend?
Pregnant Individuals: Attendees can learn preventive measures to support pelvic floor health during pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.
Postpartum Individuals: Those who have recently given birth can benefit from learning techniques to aid in recovery, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, and address any issues that may have arisen during pregnancy or childbirth.
Those Planning Pregnancy: Individuals planning to conceive can attend to learn about maintaining pelvic floor health in preparation for pregnancy and childbirth.
This class is offered, for free, on August 15th at 6:30PM via Zoom.
