Introduction to Breastfeeding (In Person)

We are excited to offer this session of Introduction to Breastfeeding IN PERSON at our Outpatient Center on Oxford Drive.  Please wear a mask.   Seating is limited in an effort to promote social distancing.  To keep our attendee count accurate due to current capacity limitations, please RSVP for two if you plan on bringing a support person.  Partners are encouraged to attend.

Baby Basics (A Virtual Class)

Learn the basics of taking care of your new baby.   From swaddling to bathing to what to expect those first few weeks, Baby Basics will cover it all.   You’ll have the opportunity to ask your instructor questions and see live demonstrations in this class.

Growing and Changing- with a Grown-up

This course is geared toward young women who are experiencing or entering puberty. We encourage the young woman to attend the course with an adult support person of their choosing. Discussion in this class focus on puberty, self-esteem, skin care, and communication during these delicate years.

Masks are required per hospital policy.
