Girls: Growing and Changing with a Grown Up

This course is geared toward young women who are experiencing or entering puberty. We encourage the young woman to attend the course with an adult support person of their choosing. Discussion in this class focus on puberty, self-esteem, skin care, and communication during these challenging years.

Introduction to Breastfeeding (In Person)

We are excited to offer this session of Introduction to Breastfeeding IN PERSON at our Outpatient Center on Oxford Drive.   Seating is limited due to classroom size.  To keep our attendee count accurate, please RSVP for two if you plan on bringing a support person.  Partners are encouraged to attend.
