Introduction to Breastfeeding (In Person)

We are excited to offer this session of Introduction to Breastfeeding IN PERSON at our Outpatient Center on Oxford Drive.   Seating is limited due to classroom size.   Partners are encouraged to attend.  Your RSVP includes one guest, so you may RSVP just once per couple.

Girls: Growing and Changing with a Grown Up

This empowering class is designed for girls embarking on their journey through puberty. Through open discussions, activities, and supportive guidance, we’ll explore the changes happening in your body and mind, equipping you with knowledge, skills, and a network of peers to embrace this transformative time with confidence and positivity.

We encourage the young woman to attend the course with an adult support person of their choosing. Discussion in this class focus on puberty, self-esteem, skin care, and communication.

Baby Steps (Postpartum Depression Support Group)

Currently offered in a virtual format via Zoom

Baby Steps is meets twice monthly via Zoom.   Each group is facilitated by a mental health nurse and a nurse from the Family Birth Center.  Baby Steps is for any parent or expectant parent experiencing (or wanting to learn more about) signs or symptoms of perinatal mood disorders including anxiety and depression.   Please join us for support and education.   Registration is not required but allows us to add you to our mailing list.  Please e-mail [email protected] for more information.
