Runny nose

A lot of fluid runs out of the nose, down the back of the throat or both. It can range from clear fluid to thick mucus.

Drink plenty of fluids. Use a nasal rinse. Stay away from allergy causes. Take an allergy medicine you can get without a prescription if the cause is likely an allergy.
