Two forces come together to provide world-class care close to home for our community. As of January 1, 2019, the St. Clair Hospital Cancer Center restructured its affiliation with UPMC Hillman Cancer Center to provide in-network access for all major insurers.  Under this arrangement, cancer specialists from St. Clair partner with oncology experts from UPMC Hillman Cancer Center to deliver cutting-edge and comprehensive care to patients.

St. Clair offers the latest in screening and diagnostic technology and some of the leading cancer surgeons in the region, while UPMC Hillman brings expert care in radiation therapy, hematology, and medical oncology, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is western PA’s only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. NCI designation is the gold standard for cancer centers in the U.S. and is awarded following an extensive assessment of UPMC Hillman’s cancer research, patient care, education, and community outreach activities that occurs every five years. This unique joint venture between St. Clair Hospital Cancer Center and UPMC Hillman Cancer Center ensures that our patients receive the highest level of expert care.
