St. Clair Hospital and our physicians are committed to your health and well-being. We know during the COVID-19 outbreak that our community is relying on us more than ever. We remain available for your clinical care.
If you need to be seen by your physician, please call the office and our clinical staff will determine whether an in-person visit is required. Please be assured that St. Clair is taking all precautions in accordance with guidance from the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Allegheny County Health Department.
However, if an in-person visit is not required, St. Clair Medical Services (SCMS) now offers virtual office visits, through “telemedicine”, to continue your care.
How does Telemedicine Work?
You will be able to communicate with your physician via video, similar to a Skype or FaceTime chat. The best way to participate in telemedicine is with a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera. When making your appointment our staff will assist you in arranging a Telemedicine visit and provide instructions on how to access your physician at the time of your appointment. Your physician will then determine your best plan for care through this virtual visit.
Again, your health and safety are our absolute priority. We are committed to providing you with the best physician care possible each and every day. We thank you for your trust in our practice.
