Cardiovascular Services Fund

From diagnosis to treatment to rehabilitation and wellness, St. Clair Hospital’s multidisciplinary team of caregivers offer a full range of cardiac care services.

Our highly skilled professionals have helped St. Clair achieve industry-leading treatment times for heart attack victims arriving at our Emergency Department. The Hospital excels in a host of other cardiac performance measurements as well, having been recognized for its best practices and standards of care.

In honor of American Heart Month, we encourage you to make a gift to one of the two following Cardiovascular Services funds at St. Clair Hospital:

• Heart Center Fund: Supports the St. Clair Hospital Heart Center through equipment purchases, patient education, and community outreach programs.
• Cardiac Rehabilitation Fund: Support is directed toward critical equipment purchases for St. Clair’s Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Program, which provides individualized exercise, education, and counseling designed to promote health and prevent disease.
