The demand for Medical Assistants continues to increase across the nation. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics expects a 16 percent growth rate for Medical Assistants Between 2021 and 2031—more than three times the average growth rate for all jobs.
To ensure demand does not outpace capacity in our region, St. Clair Health will launch an in-house Medical Assistant Training Program in Fall 2023.
Apply for our new Medical Assistant Training Program to gain the knowledge, skills, and certification you need to become a Medical Assistant —all in one place! This is a paid training program, so participants will receive compensation while completing their coursework and clinical training.
Program Details
The Medical Assistant Training Program will take approximately five months to complete. Participants are required to complete 12 weeks of online classes, followed by 300 hours of hands-on clinical training. There is no expense to the participant and you can earn while you learn this exciting new career path.
