Life After Stroke: A Community Support Group

Meet the members of the St. Clair Health team and members in your community that are stroke survivors and caregivers. The support group will allow stroke survivors and their caregivers the opportunity to meet and talk about challenges related to their stroke diagnosis. Stroke survivors and caregivers will be able to share their experiences, problem solve and set new goals. The St. Clair Health team will be here to help provide knowledge building tools and resources to enhance the recovery process.

To celebrate our first support group meeting, there will be refreshments and a chance to win prizes! Parking will also be validated for this event.
