Life After Stroke: A Community Support Group

Please join us for a community support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Stroke survivors and caregivers will be able to talk about challenges related to their stroke diagnosis, share their experiences, problem solve and set new goals. The St. Clair Health team will help provide knowledge building tools and resources to enhance the recovery process.

This month’s Guest Speaker is Maria Abraham, PA-C. We will be discussing anatomy of the brain and how it relates to stroke and allow for Question and Answers.

Light refreshments will be provided. Parking will also be validated for this event.
