The Grand Rounds session will be one-hour and touch on sepsis awareness topics from the speakers listed below. Lunch will be provided.

Niyati Hegde Shah, MD
Pittsburgh Infectious Diseases, LTD
Dr. Shah specializes in infectious disease and internal medicine and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a residency at UPMC Medical Education.

Jessica Cercone, PharmD, BCCCP
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Critical Care at St. Clair Health
Jessica received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020. After graduation, she completed her PGY1 residency at Duke University Hospital. She then completed her PGY2 residency in critical care at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Upon completion of her residency, Jessica joined St. Clair in 2022 as the ICU clinical pharmacy specialist. Jessica is also a board-certified critical care pharmacist.
