Currently offered in a virtual format via Zoom
Baby Steps is meets twice monthly via Zoom. Each group is facilitated by a mental health nurse and a nurse from the Family Birth Center. Baby Steps is for any parent or expectant parent experiencing (or wanting to learn more about) signs or symptoms of perinatal mood disorders including anxiety and depression.
