Baby Steps *Guest Speaker Pediatric Sleep Consultant*

We are pleased to welcome Sam Fyock, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Neonatal and Pediatric Physician Assistant, and Mom of two, to our group this week for a special presentation on sleep!  Any new or expectant parent is welcome to attend this special session of Baby Steps.

Currently offered in a virtual format via Zoom

Baby Steps is meets twice monthly via Zoom.   Each group is facilitated by a mental health nurse and a nurse from the Family Birth Center.  Baby Steps is for any parent or expectant parent experiencing (or wanting to learn more about) signs or symptoms of perinatal mood disorders including anxiety and depression.   Please join us for support and education.   Registration is not required but allows us to add you to our mailing list.  Please e-mail [email protected] for more information.
