Life After Stroke: A Community Support Group

Please join us for a community support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Stroke survivors and caregivers will be able to talk about challenges related to their stroke diagnosis, share their experiences, problem solve and set new goals. The St. Clair Health team will help provide knowledge building tools and resources to enhance the recovery process.

Our Guest Speaker this month will be Chaplain Donald Scandrol from VITAS Healthcare. Donald will be joining us for our annual holiday party and will be talking about the holidays and recovery during these occasions.
