Smoke Free for Life is a quit smoking program for adults that is designed to help you quit and to stay quit. Over the series of eight classes (1 1/2 hours in length), the participant will learn how to make a personal quit plan and prepare for quit day. Ways to keep your motivation high and your goal in sight are stressed. Other topics addressed are weight control, stress and the art of positive self-talk. Once you quit, the classes will provide strategies and tools to help you stay smoke free.

Parents who have experienced a pregnancy loss will have additional stressors in a subsequent pregnancy. Parents may simultaneously struggle with their parenting feelings for the baby who died, even while pregnant with the next baby. There may be a fear of another loss. This free monthly support group offers a safe place to discuss these feelings and gain support for/during this pregnancy.
The support group meets the second Monday of the month from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in the Medical Library on the 4th floor of the hospital.

St. Clair Hospital invites patients with cancer – no matter where or by whom they are being treated – to take advantage of a new free restorative yoga program being conducted monthly at the Hospital.
Attire: Comfortable clothing that moves with the participant's body. For your comfort, please bring two pillows and a bottle of water.

HUGS for Healing Hearts is a pregnancy loss support group for women and their families who have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn death.
