The Center for Women and Children at St. Clair Hospital features an on-site Lactation Center and lactation consultants who are specially trained to focus on the needs and concerns of the breastfeeding family.

Certified lactation consultants work with women during their prenatal period, with new mothers during their hospital stay, and with mothers who have discharged. Lactation services include consultation, complimentary bra fittings and sales, breast pump reantals and sales, and other breastfeeding supplies.
