We’re offering an opportunity to meet with a knowledgeable and experienced Heart Center clinician for a personal appointment to assess your risk of heart disease.

Your appointment will include blood tests, measurement of key physical parameters and a discussion of your history and lifestyle risks. The appointment is planned to be an hour long to allow time for answering all of your questions about your risk for heart disease. You’ll leave the Heart Center with the results of your risk assessment, including lab values, and information to help you make decisions about lowering your risk.
