All women who are or who have ben sexually active, or who are 18 or older should have an annual PAP test and pelvic exam.

Colonoscopy every 10 years
Flexible sigmoidoscopy every five (5) years or
Double-contrast barium enema every five (5) years
All positive tests should be followed up with a colonoscopy
A digital rectal exam (DRE) is not recommended as a stand-alone screening test for colorectal cancer. DRE should be performed prior to insertion of a sigmoidoscope or colonoscope.
