St. Clair Hospital

St. Clair Hospital Foundation supports the Hospital by raising funds for its services, facilities and equipment from board members, volunteers, physicians, administrators, staff, grateful patients and families, and local community members.

 

Some selected areas available to support include:

Courtesy Van Service

The Courtesy Van is a free service available to local residents who require rides to and from the Hospital and its affiliate locations. This service maintains a fleet of eight vehicles, employs six full-time drivers, and makes approximately 13,000 trips anually.  Click here for more information. 

        

Patient Assistance Fund

This fund pays for home care services, prescription drugs, personal care home stays, medical equipment and other medically necessary items that eligible patients cannot afford.

Unrestricted Hospital Support

Gifts are directed to programs/projects that are current Hospital priorities.
 

The Foundation hosts the annual Summer Swing dinner and golf classic in July. This annual event has raised money for the Emergency Department, Operating Rooms, and this year the proceeds will be directed to the new Cardiac Catheterization Lab in the Heart Center.
