  • St. Clair Hospital offers a free need-based courtesy van service to patients having difficulty accessing health services at our facilities.  For more information click here or call 412.942.6157.
  • Free parking is available at the Hospital's off-site outpatient facilities as well as complimentary van transportation.  Complimentary valet parking is available at the St. Clair Hospital Outpatient Center - Village Square.
  • To request copies of outpatient test results for you or to be sent to any other person, please click here to print the "Authorization for Use or Disclosure of Protected Health Information" form. Complete the two-sided form, sign and bring with you to the Outpatient Center or to the Hospital if your test is performed at the Hospital.
  • The Hospital's outpatient facilities participate with most insurance plans (click here for a list of insurance providers).
  • Payment arrangements can be made in advance for individuals not covered by a health insurance plan. The outpatient facilities accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card for payment. Please note that some insurance plans require a referral, pre-authorizatin and/or co-insurance payment. Co-insurance payments are collected at the time of an individual's visit. Please contact your health insurance company to determine your level of financial responsibility.
