Living Well Program

The Wellness Program is a very important component of the Hospital's healthcare strategy. St. Clair Hospital encourages employees to participate in the wellness program to improve their overall health.  Employees who fulfill program requirements will be eligible for a $750 year-end rebate on the employee cost share. The Living Well Program and its rewards are available to all active St. Clair employees who are enrolled in medical benefits on January 1 and through December 31, 2015.  Employees may incur expenses under the program if the primary care physician orders any additional tests outside of those required under the program.

St. Clair Hospital offers a Dependent Care Budget Account that provides tax-free reimbursement for dependent care expenses, including daycare expenses. Employees determine the benefit dollars they would like to commit to the Dependent Care Budget Account each year. Based on the annual amount elected, St. Clair Hospital off-sets a portion of the election.
