St. Clair Hospital

For a contribution of $50, a glass or silver medallion can be purchased on which the baby’s footprint will be etched and the baby’s name and birth date will be engraved. Duplicate etchings for additional family members or friends can be purchased for a contribution of $45 each.

Medallions for babies previously born in St. Clair Hospital or in other facilities can also be purchased for a contribution of $50 each by simply furnishing a copy of the baby’s footprints with the purchase order. 

To order a medallion, please contact the St. Clair Hospital Foundation at 412.942.2465 or complete and mail the printable medallion order form with payment. Orders take approximately six weeks to process; you will be notified when your medallion is ready.
